why don't you paste it into a microsoft word doc and then attach it to a email ?
Yes, press print screen, then open MS Paint or Word and press CTRL + V. You can then save it and mail them that.

hi guys, thanks, i just did that (into word). in my last job i used to be able to do alt + print screen, then go into lotus notes and do ctrl-v and paste it directly into the email. i guess i cant do that with windows mail and vista? does anyone know?
you can if you firstly change your mail format so it is HTML and also change the security settings in windows mail to allow images to be embedded in HTML mail

But... Don't!

HTML email with embedded images is not a standard mail format and certainly should not be used for sending business related mails as not all mail clients will either support it or allow it (depending on the receivers security settings)

Keep your mails as text only format and add the image as an attachment
