Adobe flash player 10, I,ve tried to download and the message says I,ve successfully done so but I havn,t got it. What,s wrong?

Try uninstalling it with this link and then try installing it again, it can be a bit of a pain at times.

Have you tried re-starting the computer? Sometimes they work only after a restart

The Adobe site can be a PITA.

Try downloading it from somewhere like http://www.filehippo.com/ .

thanks for all your efforts but I seem to be stuck with adobe 7. I have tried to remove & and upgrade but nothing happens my control panel {remove & add} shows 3 items adobe air,adobe shock player,adobe flash player 10 active x but there is nothing to show size or MB which are blank.

Did you try to remove flash player following the link I posted earlier, not from add/remove programs?
