Balckberry Storm

Ok I have one, I can call and connect but can hear nothing, but the callee can here me, checked the obvious RTFM'd. I've obviously done something stupid, can any help before I throw it against the wall.

Calm down R1 (I'm jealous anyway - I WANT A STORM!!! I have a Curve ATM). Have you tried making a call using the speakerphone option? If this works it would mean that you've muted it in some way, rather than it being a connection problem.

Ah yes. I have a cold. They're a bu99er to set up but I found Blackberry helpline very erm, helpfull.
