Vista winhlp

I posted a question earlier today- its disappeared I don't know why
I am using vista ultimate which no longer supports 'help' and suggests downloading from Microsoft but my attempts so far have failed. The site gives lots of explanation but the only download I found was standalone installer and all I eventually get is a message saying update does not apply to this system. Can anyone explain or help me to sort this please? I would be most grateful - thanks

I would be surprised in Vista Ultimate did not have help.

Where did you get Vista Ultimate from, was it already on the computer when you got it, or did you buy it somewhere.

Did you do an upgrade ?

Are you sure it is the genuine version of Vista?

Do you have the Vista DVD the code came on?

Followed your link and yes have been there. As I said earlier my tax programme I needed it for is now working OK so no longer urgent will look into further when I have time
thanks anyway
