Phone data to pc

I've been trying,last nite i got as far as showing all my texts onto my pc screen, but when it came to save it wouldn't do it. I've tried again today, and its showing no texts on phone or pc. Have they gone to a file somewhere, and if so how do i find it ?
Its a Samsung by the way.

they should be in the 'manage messages' section of pc studio. they are saved within the application and not your pc folders.

Still stuck. Can get info on Pc screen but it just wont save and as soon as i remove the usb cable the texts disappear,not saved anywhere. What am I doing wrong ?
