How can I save my numbers etc??

I have a Nokia 6280, I'm thinking of getting an Iphone, how can I transfer stuff between the phones, especially my numbers, any ideas anyone??

couple of ways - my phone has a utility to transfer the sim info as text to PC and will also import text files to sim

or something like this

or transfer all the numbers to your sim (should be a menu option) and they move with the sim
