TV sound gone

hi, i have a newish TV wirth Sky and I've just turned it on and there is no sound at all. I have checked the mute buttons on the sky remote and the TV remote and they have not been activated, it is a stereo TV, mind you i suppose they all are. It was fine last night , any idea what could have gone wrong for it to be completely silent?

has anyone any idea what this is xcos I am watching a John Wayne film and i can't find the subtitles, please help!!!

It's ok you can all stop panicking and rushing to help I've switched the whole lot off at the wall and left it 1 min and turned it back on and it is fine now, but thatnks anyway lol : ))

mine are all made out of ticky tacky sod. I feel quite independant that I solved it anyway lol If i had put this in CB i would have had a more immediate response but i try to play by the site rules lol
