Im about to put my foot....

through my computer.
It runs perfect for ages and then decides to turn itself off, restart itself or somedays just wont switch on at all.
Sometimes it starts up and 2 minutes later shuts down.
Everthing is up to date and have run spybot.
I dont know if its a loose connection somwhere (cant find any) or if its something else.
Any help appriciated before a size 11's goes into it,

Could be that the fan's clogged up with dust . Would explain it shutting down , though not so sure about restarting itself .
