I have been asked to install 2 cctv camera at a county darts venue.
the 1 camera has to be set on the player and the other on the dartbord.
i need to have a split screen for player and dartboard(like on tv) i am going to run it through a projector on a 6ft screen.a cctv multiplexor wouldnt be any good.
i think i need some kind of visual mixer, but i'm not to sure,
is there a cheap way of doing this
any suggestions

Yes you will need a vision mixer as well as synchronising the two cameras so the signals arrive at the mixer at the same time.
According to the spec, it doesn’t need synchronising of the video sources.
It also allows horizontal or vertical split and adjustment of the split ratio.
