can i tell who is tracking my phone

Your phone can be tracked at request of certain authorities, eg Police, Security services, who must, of course, give reason. For example if you dial 999 but are then cut off, location can be tracked. I don't suppose anyone would object to that, but I can hear howls about the others.

someones using text information from my phone.Ive looked into it and you can download software to access other peoples cell phones
