Freesat

I was going to buy one of these new Freesat boxes for £150 but I already have a sky box with a freesat card will I get any more channels with the new box

The way I see it is you will get less choice with the BBC freesat until they build up the channels over time. Also there is a problem receiving CH 4 and CH5 for BBC freesat at present.

I think the main reason for choosing BBC Freesat is the watching of programs in HD format. Whereas SKY will want you to take out a subscription to watch this format BBC will not. You only have to buy the equipment to do so.
