i want a dab that has cd's and plays back from my mp3

All the dab radios that have cd and remote and mp3 playback are a bit confusing. I am no techno perwon, but want to make sure the gadget I get will allow me to plug in my mp3 and listen to it.!! Some othe techno stuff, says mp3cd playback, cd playback and stuff like NO mp3 encoding???? Help what is mp3 encoding?? will i be able to play my tunes on the mp3 thru this gadget if it dosen't have mp3 endoding?

Check on the back if you can and see if it has AUX input.

If so, you can just plug a cable from the headphone port of your mp3 player to the hifi.

mp3 encoding probably means converting your CDs to mp3 files (without having to use a computer), not what you probably want.

mp3 CD playback means that you could use your computer to put a load of mp3s onto a CD, and that unit would play it (an acutal audio CD is in a different format, so most other CD players can't play mp3 CDs, just regular CDs).
