bluetooth- Compaq presario V4000, how do i turn it on?

Someone told me my laptop has bluetooth but i can't find it, i tried to search for the connection with my mobile phone but it said no device found, i'd like to be able to turn it on so i can transfer my pictures from mobile to my laptop, without having to pay to do it through email.... Anyone any idea?

are you sure it has bluetooth? it was an option on that laptop didn't come as standard, if your sure it has the blutooth card in it then download and install the blutoorh software from compaq.

Also may be a tiny switch tucked away somewhere on the laptop that turns the blutooth on and off.
