i Tunes- lost data

Hi

I was "messing" around with my i tunes music playlist (imported and bought from i tunes store) tracks. i tried to get some missing info for a small minority of tracks and in the process, i have now lost all data except the track titles. This has only happened for my purchased tracks (111 in total).

Can anybody tell me how to retrieve the artist , albulm and artwork.
