I'm toying with the idea of investing in a Maxtor Personal Storage Onetouch 250Gb external drive-thingy (8Mb 7200Rpm Usb2/Firewire) - cripes that reads like a foreign language - in order to back up all my fillums and music CDs. I'm wondering if any fellow Abers had had experience of these drives? I know they come formatted for MAC - is it easy to re-format them for PC? Are they plug and play? Any advice gratefully received...
