has anyone purchased a phone through cool new mobile on their free line rental 12 mth contract. You pay monthly but thn get cash back. are they credible, and how do they make their money.

Is getting the cash back complicated meaning deadlines are hard to hit.

I dont know if this is the same company, but I saw something similar on watchdog several months ago.
The problem was getting your money back, and many customers were ripped off. The company just kept fobbing off its customers in the hope that they would get fed up with chasing their money.

If it seems to good to be true, it usually is.

thanks for that.. I phoned them up and asked how they made their money. The operator said "to be honest we rely on people forgetting to claim, losing bills etc" said it all really.
