Playing Games

I used c/cleaer last week and now when I play any game now I have to keep on signing in,playandwin.com once you sign on that one you are ok unless you sign off and come back on again(what have I done wrong in c/cleaner ti cause this).

Hi doddsredoubt,try right clicking on the recycle bin,select open ccleaner,go to cookies and in the left hand column find playandwin.com,highlight it click the right arrow to put it in the keep cookies folder then close ccleaner then next time you go to playandwin.com it should keep you in................

Thanks peanut, I will try that I have had this situation for over a week now and went on answerbank then to try and find a solution but no one said anything like yours.

peanut going through what you said has not cured the problem,every time I used to sign on and go to playandwin to play there games my name was already on there page so I didn't have to sign in but I still have to sign in help????

You could try going to www.playandwin.co.uk,sign in then in the left hand column under the heading Login,click Edit User Profile then at the bottom of page there should be an option for automatic Logon,tick that then save information,it might help.............

peanut I went to the web page of playandwin and did as you said but it's still the same,must have done something really awful on c/cleaner ti cause this it has never happened before.

peanut42,guess what I removed c/cleaner off my computer because as you know I had to sign on to my games every time I put the computer on,and now I am already signed on so c/cleaner is history.
