Bt Land Line?

im on talktalk and pay them one fee, i guess they pay bt, like buying plots in that they get a discount i presume, plots wrong word but i think you get the gist of it, bulk buying etc, i pay £25 a month for talktalk phone and fibre to the box broadband, and free mobile minutes with a sim they gave, plus new router etc, works for me.

You're asking the wrong question.
It's an Openreach landline, and BT Retail, Plusnet, Sky, Zen, Post Office, Pulse 8 etc will charge different rates.
