Just checked- all seems fine

Thanks for checking, I cannot access any mails via my android devices or via Microsoft outlook, when I log onto sky email page itself I get directed to a Yahoo log on page which I am wary of, my wife can access her mails as usual and we use the same internet connection, the problem also exists using 4G

sky email and yahoo email are effectively the same thing now

Hi I have just rung SKY and an automated message informs me that some customers are experiencing email probs this morning and they are working on it. thanks for the input Fiction
