I purchased an item from Germany, the delivery date was 1st July 2017, 11 am, we were in Mon, I contacted YO EL, we will get in contact, check your Tracking, it was delivered at 11am signed for by Mr Invisible, that's strange to say we were here, I then again this morning, we will contact in 3 hrs sir, no response phoned them again this evening, seem the parcel has been misplaced their Preston Depot, I said that's strange to say I had signed for it last sat, would you use this company?

They said I had signed for the parcel, I was not in to sign for it, the tracker said it was delivered, It was not, where is the parcel? no one knows.

I don't send things by Courier.......I receive them, and as such have had no choice in who delivers the stuff.

^ as well as signing you have to tell the courier your surname and initials the courier has to write it down!

Then it's down to Yodel to find the item and deliver it. But the sender has to start the trace and reclaim process not the recipient !

However you don't always know when you order who is going to deliver.

Mam, the seller sent me a Tracking number which I followed, It should have been here Sat 1st July ( It was not) the driver stated it was signed for ( It was not as it was not delivered) they now state the parcel has be lost, that's not bad to say that the driver said I had signed for it on the 1st july

From what I read, TWR purchased something, it's been delivered by a courierused by the seller, someone signed for it but it wasn't twr, it's gone to another address somehow I think, this happened to me recently, the courier had down that my item was delivered, it hadn't been, I got a call later in the evening from a local lady in an address similar to mine, the courier has thrown it in her back garden as they had that kind of arrangement, had she not contacted me, I would have paid for an item that I never received all because the driver ticked that I received the item
