I've been getting no incoming calls for two days on my iPhone 6. I can call out though. The BT message a caller gets is " The person you are calling is not available".
What causes this and how can I fix this?

You could get in touch with your mobile phone supplier. Or BT. The former has a responsibility to you but test calls can only start to be monitored from source.

Just a thought, there is no setting for barring all incoming calls on your phone or on your account is there ? Again your service provider can probably help.
That message might be generated because you've got 'call divert' enabled (especially if it's enabled but there's no valid number number for the call to be diverted to).

'Call divert' is a service provided by your phone operator (rather than by the phone itself), so the way of disabling it varies across operators. (Basically you need to 'call' a particular number to do so but that number will be different for each phone company. With Vodafone, for example, you call ##002# ).

So which phone company are you with?
Sounds like incoming calls are going straight to voice mail.

Thanks for all your replys.
Yes they are going straight to voicemail.
I'm with BT.
I'm getting some calls coming through now, but others are still going to voicemail.
'Call' #21# to cancel any call forwarding feature you might have got enabled.

If that doesn't work you'll probably need to speak to someone at BT. (I recommend having a strong drink handy. You'll probably need it when you try to get through to a real person!)
