I want to clear completely my SD Memory Card which I have been using in Lumix camera which I tried doing so by Formatting When I inserted same in computer to check it was totally clear, the SD card is still being recognised as LUMIX - are there hidden files?? and if so how can I get rid of them?? Layman's terms please ..... Many thanks

The camera will have created its folders on the card automatically.

You can also format the card from within the camera.

when you format on a pc, you can quick or full format, and rename the card to whatever you like
