Can't Login To Paypal

Hi folks, I cannot log in to Paypal, and cannot ask them why because I cannot get onto their site without logging in.

When I try to log in the site does not recognise my password. When I ask the site to change my password they send me a verification code to my email address. When I try to put the code into the prompt the site tells me it does not recognise me and cannot process my details. I have been using paypal for 8 years!

Does anyone know how I can contact Paypal to get this sorted out?

You can phone them as guest on an 0800 number

maybe it is the username you are getting wrong.
Are you trying the UK site paypal.co.uk or the US paypal.com?

Maybe your computer is remembering the previous password and is trying to insert taht. It may be worth clearing your cache completely then trying again

Thanks for the advice. I have checked the username and definitely using the Uk site. Very frustrating. Something has gone wrong . Going to phone them on the contact info given by woofgang. Your help much appreciated.

Retry your User / Pass, I've often done it myself, I've made a stupid error like a comer that should have been a F.Stop, can you not get paypal to text you ( If they do that) just a thought.
