I found with the change of actress Pip has changed completely from her earlier persona. She used to be perfect and at least I knew her voice. I find all the younger women harder to identify by voice alone.

I'm seriously considering not bothering with The Archers any more. Where on earth do 'they' get the people to play these parts - Alice and Lily have such dreadful accents, so incredibly posh. The stories are so puerile too. I know they used to be simpler stories, particularly when Walter Gabriel was around, but they were more human. Sorry, rant over but I'm not happy with the way it's going at all.

It has become a bit tedious, I was hoping that You-know-who might turn up for Jack's birthday. I really couldn't care less about Pip and her problems, she and Toby deserve each other.
