Give your keyboard a good clean, hold it upside down and shake it to dislodge and debris underneath.
If necessary you can pop the keys off to clear the underneath

^ definitely that, it's almost always the reason. I vacuum with a pair of tights over the nozzle to stop a key getting sucked up.

If it were mine the most likely culprit would be eating toast and honey over it. something sugary anyway.
