I am trying to apply for an exclusion from jury service and I am confused and getting ratty.

I have managed to fill up an application form that has to be emailed to somewhere but I can't find details of an email address. My brain cells are not speaking to each other and I can't think straight.

This is where I am - can anyone please find an email address for me to send the exclusion form for Perth Sheriff court.

Thanks to both of you. I have sent the form off to Perth.

I am off for a nap in the hope that there is some sort of miracle and I wake up bright and breezy.

Sleep well.....
the one in England is central
and I posted it

said to be considered by a judge who has one stamp - "application dismissed - NEXT!"

if you have just done it you can apply for exclusion and it will be granted - otherwise not unless you are dead

I applied for postponement on account of having radiotherapy for cancer - and got a grudging snotty letter
saying we dont do this often you know !

when I finally tottered in - the clerk of the court said - christ are you well enough to do this ?
and I snapped His Lordship down in London has said yes I am.

I'm back from my nap - it over-ran as my furry-alarm failed to wake me up.

Peter - my GP sent a letter off this morning saying whatever it says. I am Bipolar (which is not the main problem) I have Lithium related 'cognitive dysfunction' (made worse when I get tired) and there is no way that I could spend more than two minutes in a group of people without starting a conversation about cats or something.

This is for perth

Thanks Tambo, the form is now winging its way to the court.

Now I wait. ☺
Many years ago, my Mum was called up for Jury Service. She contacted them to say that she suffers from anxiety and has panic attacks. She was told that she would have her details removed from the database and would not be called up in the future.
