What does this mean please? it often comes up at the bottom of the screen
telling me that what I want is paused due to a long running script and it freezes up for ages sometimes, can I stop it happening?

I get it too but have never managed to find out what it is. It's safe enough to "stop" it.

all I know about that sort of thing is that I am on micro-start ex l, I have to wait till family come round to ask this sort of questions, but when they are here I forget to ask.
