Ethernet Cable....

Would getting a new Ethernet cable from router to PC speed up connection somewhat please? It's been hell recently on the PC and wifi isn't as good either on iPad or laptop. Just wondering before I phone EE to give them a bit of a gee-up...hmm. Thanks in advance for your help.

Definitely not. If your problems lay in the cable, your WiFi connections would be unaffected.

Thanks guys looks like a phone call then, it's just that on the PC it comes up time and again no internet connection but on the iPad its just slow that's why I thought a change of cable might do the trick. Cheers.
