You will need to give the model number of the DVD player Mitsy. I am off to bed now but with those details someone can no doubt give you an answer. It depends on the audio out and in facility that it has.

Hi its sony dav-dz120 home theater system. Thank you
Your Sky box and your Amazon Firestick are, obviously, connected to your TV. You can't connect either of those devices directly to your home theatre system but you can connect your TV's sound output to it, achieving the desired result.

Exactly how you do that though will depend on what type of sound outputs are available on your TV set. If you've got red and white phono output sockets available, you can connect them directly (using a cheap lead, available from many 'discount' stores). Similarly, if you've got a standard 3.5mm headphone jack on your TV you can use that. (Poundland can sell you a lead).

See page 23 of the user manual:

I must learn to type faster!

Thanks for the help. Especially the manual as i didnt have it with the system. Will go shopping to get a lead and hopefully happy days ☺
Haha Miysy, I have just logged in and had a quick look at your post. I was off to bed as you asked your question and am glad that you have been sorted. Just a tip. It may entail accessing the sound menu on your tv after the leads are done, and you may have to have the dvd on when using surround sound on periphery equipment.
