I have watched a few programs on the ITV hub on my Samsung smart TV and the picture is not in the correct format, ie there are 2 thick black bars down each side of the screen, yet when the adverts are on it reverts to the correct widescreen format. I don't get it. Has anyone else experienced this please? All other catch up channels are fine.
