Thursday. All calm outside, but a wee bit nippy.

I'm off for the weekend today, I'll be taking my wee kindle with me to keep in touch with what's going on. A fir bit to do this morning though. So I shall be off about eight.

Been at the airport again this morning with the serial holiday makers, what a hard life they have, Lanzarote for two weeks. :)

Good thanks, hope you are too. Just passing the time till work at 8.30ish.
New furniture being delivered today and skirtings and coving going on. I gave it a bash but know when to give up and let an expert in. :)

I'm fine thanks. A wise move to let the people that know what they are doing get on with it. All that is skilled work and easy to mess it up if you don't know the way of it. Git it will look grand when it's all done.

Morning boaty, Doug. Roof nearing completion re slating. Small back roof looks a mess where it joins onto neighbors old slates. Not looking forward to confrontation with roofer. Truth is I don't see how he can improve it without taking off a row of neighbors hip tiles and replacing them and quite a few of their slates making a lot of work and more scaffolding. At least that bit is around the back. Quandary...
