Thanks guys, I've got it being installed 3rd October. It's reassuring to hear some positive reviews. Got the SKY Q box installed yesterday which will be very good once the internet arrives..

Its only as good as the BT line that supplies it.

works for me. I used to have Virgin, which was fine till they "upgraded" it. The local computer fixer recommended Sky, and he lives just over the road, so he knew it worked.

Which doesn't mean it'll work everywhere, as mikey says.
