My wife has just purchased an Alcatel 20-12 onethouch phone, after setting up the phone & the sending of Texts, for some reason the phone will not receive Messages! I have sent a message from this new Phone, it sends but on the in-box nothing shows up, can anyone help please. tia

Thanks Zac, I have also tried that, it may come to, we might just take the thing back, it's only a cheepie as that OH can not make head or tail of these new phones.
