memo app on my samsung s5 has deleted all my passwords and important data and files,

how can i get this back. also some contacts have dissapeared, how could this have happened ?

is you mobile backed up on the "cloud" with your e-mail account?. if all else fails and you have backed it up do a reinstall then all your info apps file photos etc will be restored (in theory anyway)

if you have no luck try an app called disk digger - its amazing what you will find.
