You did export it, rather than just saving it?
Saving it saves the project file, exporting creates the actual movie.
..also, have you checked that your TV can play movies from a USB stick?
Some TVs can record to USB, but not play the contents.
If the TV can play from the USB, the manual should tell you what formats it can decode (mp4, mkv, etc)
You've told us the type of formatting your TV requires but not the file formats it can handle. So a bit of guesswork is required on our part!

See 'How To Save Movies Using Windows Movie Maker Preset Video Settings' here

and try the option labelled 'For high-definition display'

im reading thru it now ,i created my movie in 3 diffrent formats mp4,zune and wma, everything i did seems right,i'll go thru the process again and get back to you guys later ,thks for ya time
The most common file types for TV playback are .mpeg and avi. My TV can handle either. Microsoft uses proprietory software, which your tv may not accept. Depending on your version of Mcrosoft OS, you may be saving with an old and no longer supported Codec. Use a non proprietory format.
