Annoying App On My Phone

how do i get rid of this very annoying app on my samsung s4.

2 apps which i think are somehow linked . swift wifi and smart manager. i want them both removed but as in all apps i go to ap manager, uninstall and usually they all install immediately, but not these 2.

i try go to unistall but it isnt giving me the unisnstall option, i can only force close these. i can see the uninstall button but it is not lit up to press.

Go to your security settings and make sure that the apps are unchecked on the device administrators list. Then try to uninstall again
