Laptop Running Slow Since Windows 10 Update

Help, have a HP Pavilion laptop less than 2 years old. Running Windows 10 and on last use a couple of weeks ago, it ran a Windows update. Since then laptop is running very very slow. Tried for an hour yesterday just to get on Internet. Click icons and blue circle just goes around and around. Tried iTunes, again loaded by music library, eventually after ten minutes, but then couldn't open I tunes store.. Help
