My security camera doesnt always show pictures on my mobile away from home.It may be
something to do with the service provider.IE 3 g or 4 gI think Isomething about this on answer bank before.

No network service in the area, then no pictures!

You will only get video when the signal is 3g, 4g or wifi.

As mentioned, it will depend on your internet signal.
When I'm at home, my phone shows the cameras clearly and they load up quite quickly - my phone connects to my home internet, when in range, via the wireless router.
When I'm out and about, it's a different story - it sometimes takes aaaages to load up .....
