Epson Xp-322 Will Not Print

This is a new printer (Christmas) I installed it and it was working fine wi fi. This morning I needed to print an email and it keeps telling me there is an error. I have checked connections etc and ink levels but nothing. Help !

Restart PC and printer. or try and print a test sheet, see what happens.

It could also be worth trying it with a cable connection, if possible. That would prove a problem with the wifi bit.

Restarted both and still not working, it is telling me print job cannot be sent !

Try printing a different document, if that fails you may need to reinstall your printer software.

It is now telling me out of ink !!

Take your cartridges out and re-fit them. Most printers only come with a little ink in the cartridges from new, that is most likely your problem.

agree with ratter..if ink is low most will not print and supplied cartridges hold very little with new machines
