When sending a www link by email to recipient, the latter gets the page, but not the picture.
Any ideas?

That can only be occurring because of a fault with the recipient's web browser (which, I'd guess is likely to be the totally dire Internet Explorer - it's had problems with displaying images since the very earliest versions of it). So there's nothing that you can do 'at your end'.

Suggest that the recipient either sets another browser as their default one (so that clicking a link automatically opens that browser) or that they simply copy and paste your link into the address bar of an alternative browser.

Alternatively, if it's really the image within a page that's important, send it to them separately (as an attachment that will open in their default image browser). Right-click on the image to find the option to save it to your hard drive and then email it in the usual way.

Thanks Buenchico.......much appreciated.
Can`t you just put the Argent Provocateur brochure in the post instead of sending it online?
And if you do, thanks in advance. I`ll keep an eye out for the postman
