As my laptop was running slow I went on a techie forum and the above was recommended. As it was running it seemed to pick up the problems I have been having but then at the end I was asked for a product key. I've Googled but no luck! Anyone else used this and if so, where did you get the product key from? TIA

I'd recommend that no one visits the website either, got a poor reputation for malware. Wouldn't like anyone to pick up a 'driveby' infection.
I dont see any reason why someone helping you tidy up your machine would need a product key - which for the record is usually either a sticker on the case or in the disk box. If your windows was a download then it would be on the email when you purchased it. There are some very talented and helpful people here who can assist you with removing the lethargy on your laptop - just ask.
