My other Dell laptop computer screen has rotated 90 degrees. It happened once before and a friend corrected by a simple operation in seconds. Unfortunately he is on holiday.
If you have any suggestions as to how I can correct this fault, please let me know.
The computer is still under guarantee but Dell are closed today.
Thank you.

Try holding down Ctrl key, Alt key and upward arrow. See if that works.I am sure it's something like that
Unsure all PCs are the same but try :
CTRL + ALT + Up Arrow.

Worth a try,

I'm sure this has been answered before here but no "related questions" below ?
I have a Dell and the Ctrl + Alt + arrow keys does work. My cat makes the screen do that regularly when she walks across the keyboard.
I tried it on mine before posting. Does nothing to my screen which is why I hesitated. Different PCs different keys I guess. Or maybe different graphics cards ?
CTRL + ALT + Up Arrow. works on mine ok.
