Does anybody know if it is possible to use a micro sd card in a Canon EOS 6d and then download the images to Samsung Galaxy Pro 4 Tablet.

Probably. Using one of these:

The files will be quite large and will take up a lot of memory on the phone.

better to transfer over to a PC and then onto a stick - there are some big ones at very good prices at Ebuyer.
