Virgin Media - Web Safe Not Working

Hi All
Does anyone know if there is anything up with Virgin Media's web safe at the moment? It was working fine until about 1pm yesterday, but now it's not blocking anything. We have all the correct things 'ticked' on the account, it just doesn't block anything...
