Tea for me, a visit to my GP has me reaching for the rabbit leaves now. No more lattes and cream cakes. worst of all no pork pies!!! I've never had to diet before so now I'm floundering what to have for meals.

I've been with Slimming World since just before Christmas gran and I miss all the good stuff too. But the weight is coming off as I put on quite a lot last summer. And I'm not hungry. They do some smashing (easy) recipes.

I don't give in - I've finished my ration of red wine and now I'm onto the hard stuff - orange squash! (Depends which brand you buy!) It's blooming cold here by the way.... ( about -7C ....thoughts of nice, warming brandies pass through the brain). Moving day to the warmer spheres of Yorkshire now fixed as early March, by the way. PANIC!
