Help! Problems With Mail On Bt Internet Since 19.11 Changeover

My friend has tried to update her BT mail account but is having problems signing back in. It keeps saying her user name or password is incorrect. The user name is definitely correct but is not giving her an option to change her password through the security questions route.
Any suggestions other than ringing them up?
