Reading A Text Help!!

Daftest question of the day ,what key on a mobile do I press to read the next line of a text message.

This is something I rarely need to do and have got muddled,scared i will erase the message by mistake.

Down pointing arrow on the centre button,

Turn it upside down, give it a shake, and all the words will fall to the "top" for you.
