I have a new HP Envy 5532 printer. When I print spreadsheets the gridlines are printing at different widths. Instead of lines printing after every row, they can print after 2,3 or 4 rows at random. This problem has only started since I installed the new printer. I've tried several things but I'm running out of ideas. Can anyone suggest a simple, foolproof solution? It would be much appreciated. I also forgot to mention that since the printer has been installed HP Solution Centre and HP Support Assistant don't work either.

Problem solved.
I coped with my problem by printing in colour.
Only this week, for ease of checking, I added gridlines and they worked.
