Talktalk Contact Number

Does anyone know a telephone number for Talktalk? I've been trying to resolve a problem online, but am going round in circles. I just need to speak to a real person, but can't find a phone contact on any of their pages.

Call 0800 049 7802 and tell them you're sick to death of being passed around rerecorded messages. Then threaten to leave them if they can't help - they will soon put you through to the right team. P.s that's the sales team, you WILL get an answer.

There are different numbers for account queries, mobile phone problems, broadband problems, email problems, etc. Since you've not indicated which one you require, I'll have to leave it to you to find it from here:

Click the relevant icon. Then select from each of the drop-down menus. You'll eventually reach a 'Call Us Now' box. Click on it to reveal the number you require.

I hope the number given work for you. When I phone virgin media, the automated machine gives me a choice of options, i.e press 1 if you'd like to talk to us about your bill, 2 for a fault, 3 if you are thinking about leaving us. I always choose this option! You'll get through to the wrong team, but they quickly help you or transfer you to the right department!

I've found that Talk Talk customer services, or whichever department I speak to are totally useless.
