How To Get Someones Address From Their Email

i recieved a suspicious email, supposedly from a colleague at work . how can i get the address or name of sender from where it came .

You can click on the senders name on the email and a pulldown menu will give you limited information that might be false.

If it's been bounced around a bit, it may not be clear, but you may be lucky
